Adult Tennis
Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned tournament player, Saint James Tennis Club has a full range of adult programs for players year round. Our programs support people to learn tennis, practice, compete, and meet others and are targeted at 1.0-4.0 levels of play.
LEARN Programs are designed for players who are motivated to learn and improve their singles and doubles games.
PRACTICE Programs are designed to keep you moving, get your heart-rate going, and allow you to hit hundreds of balls to groove your shots.
PLAY Programs provide plenty of opportunities from fun round robins to more competitive leagues.
MIX Programs help players meet and have fun in various doubles formats.

All our programs are based on the National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP). To determine your playing level and the best program for you, please review our Tennis Rating Guide. If you have additional questions, please call 712-310-2220.

To be eligible to register for any SJTC program 2.5 Level and above, a player skill assessment is required. These are free, take about 15 minutes to complete, and can be booked by phoning the Tennis Club (712-310-2220). They are administered by one of our professional coaching staff. These assessments ensure players in our programs have compatible skill levels to practice with each other. Players who register in programs without the appropriate assessment level will be withdrawn.
